This Gara Mdouar crater looks beatifully impressive grom the skies! Used for the movies ‘ The Mummy’ and ‘James Bond’.
But looks nothing like it on the ground hahahaha
Still impressive though! A must see in the desert…
Reassurance for Dad: If you don’t feel comfortable, then find a different route! TRUST YOUR GUT!! ALWAYS!
Around that corner are about 3 families bagging you for gifts and cigarettes!
And then you meet 3 people on 2 motorcycles from France!
Apparently this was full of rocks in October… the berbers cleaned it well!
This track was sooo stunning!
But the amount of kids asking for gifts starts to annoy us!

They call it monkey fingers rock formations!
High in the mountains we find berbers collecting the dried, dead bushes as firewood
That’s how low our tire pressure is around here!
The caves are still used by the berber cattleman traveling with their goats and sheep.
Believe it or not, but they are making this tarmac soon. We got stopped by a traffic controller here!
The barrages they are building to save the rain water…Now we only need to make rain!
You go for a quick pee and stumble upon a dead lizard… beautiful though!
