Before we could travel by car to Mongolia, we tried to prepare ourselve for everything when traveling with a dog across the boarders of the EU. But this was not a very easy tasks as everyone was pointing towards each other from the vet to the government to the ambassies…However the actual arrangement weren’t that difficult. We made a list with must haves and nice to have documents for at the boarders:

Must haves:

  • Rabiës certification papers
  • Toxoplasmose papers
  • Certified health papers translated in Russian, English
  • Signed deworming and anti-flea treatments
  • Signed medication letters from vet translated in Russian, English

Our nice to haves were:

  • First Aid dog training and kit
  • Registration of pet and owners online

Should you have any questions concerning the documents itself, let us know on
